Sr. Finance Analyst, BF - ING
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主要职责
Analyzing & Reporting
- Ensure month-end and year-end closing properly
- Support monthly report pack to BU
- Address business (or resources) risk and opportunities through analyzing
- Follow up with identified cost improvement opportunities
- Support various report requirement per BU request
Budgeting & Planning
- Support team and work closely with functions to process budget cycles, RAP, BEP, Phasing
- Facilitate budget assumption validation to support a robust plan
- Support cascading down the budget to BU daily implementation through resources allocation
Business Partnering
- Support BU leaders for business decision to drive topline and optimize resource through robust finance analysis
- Support alliance product reporting and settlement
- Provide finance related trainings to end-users

Job requirements /工 作 要 求
- Academic / Professional qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or above (Finance or related)
- Technical / skill training
- FP&A or business finance knowledge and experiences
- Good command of Excel/PPT
Working experience (No. of years / 年 资, Job function / 工 作 功 能, Business types / 业 务 种 类 )
Essential 必 需
- Accounting/reporting/finance analyzing experience
- 3-5 years in financial analysis, budgeting & planning field
Desirable 理 想
- Pharma / Medical device industry experience, Big Four Accounting Firm experience is a plus
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good command of Excel and Power point
- Experienced SAP / ERP user
Others / 其 他
- Strong cross function communication skill and work independently
- Good business sense, can quickly identify customers’ need and address it
- Pleasant personality and able to work with BU/ function member
