• Job Description Summary
• Typically taking the lead role in a specialist area. Within the specialist area will manage projects end to end, engaging partners through to negotiation and finalization. May line manage specialist administration support and lead cross-functional project teams in global projects.
• Responsibilities:
• ·The core responsibility of this position is to design and execute external partnership to drive business growth  
• ·Build a thorough understanding of the company’s portfolio and related therapeutically areas to screen and identify new partnership opportunities
• ·Develop solid business case to get internal approval and external alignment on the partnership
• ·Drive the execution of the deal by leading cross-functional collaboration in AZ with key stakeholder functions including Medical, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and market access to ensure clear objective alignment, transparent communication and close teamwork
• Key Qualifications to Succeed:
• ·Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Master / MBA / post-grad qualification are appreciated.
• ·Innovative thinking, openness to new ideas, comfortability with uncertainties, and ability to think out of box are core competencies for the job
• ·Investment bank or management consulting experience in Healthcare or other related industries are strongly preferred
• ·Excellent project management and analytical skills, with experience in an environment requiring significant data analysis and cross-functional interaction.
• ·Experience in business development and business deal are strongly preferred.
• ·Able to think analytically and strategically, synthesize information quickly and logically.
• ·Commitment to teamwork and able to lead a cross functional team.
• ·Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• ·Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
