分子生化检验专员

责任描述和工作范围

• 分子生化检测相关工作，包括核酸、蛋白等分子生化检测技术；
• 遵守分子/生化实验室区域相关规定，或对分子/生化实验室工作流程提出合理的修改建议；
• 分子生化检验专员新员工接受岗前培训，并定期接受GMP、其他法规要求，以及专业技术知识、分子生化检验相关标准操作规程等培训；
• 按照相关分析方法标准操作规程，对样品进行分子生化相关检验；
• 按计划完成样本检验、检验记录书写、数据分析等工作，并及时汇报上级领导；
• 如需分子生化相关委外检验，负责与供应商联系，及时送样检验；
• 对于检验过程或委外检验中发现的异常现象，及时向上级汇报，并参与超标调查；
• 提出或参与分析方法改进与创新，并参与分析方法确认与验证；
• 按计划申领分子生化检验相关的试剂、耗材、标准品等，满足正常检测需求，并按相关规定保存管理；
• 按照相关规定对配制试液进行管理；
• 确保分子生化检验相关仪器设备正常运行，定期维护与校验；发现故障，及时上报维修；
• 按计划完成环境监测相关工作；
• 按时完成领导交于的任务。

任职资格

• 应具备化学、生物药物分析、分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学或相近专业本科以上学历；
• 应届生或1年以上药品生产或药品质量相关工作经验；
• 熟悉药品生物分析试验室规范，核酸、蛋白等分子生化检测技术。
