1.对接西区BC销售区域内的人员培训及赋能
2. 完成中央及区域培训课程的实施及落地转化
3. 关注基于业务发展目标的人员能力提升、有较强的实地辅导及业务洞察经验,可以给与强化辅导和支持
4. 对接培训项目,可以高质量完成跨部门沟通,确保各项目的顺利推进及完成区域的执行
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 深度了解肿瘤领域业务模式及人员岗位能力模型,敏锐洞察业务需求,识别业务在不同阶段的核心诉求,可以结合培训目标给与有效业务洞察及人员能力辅导
2. 基于业务需求,结合培训目标,设计相关培训课程并完成授课
3. 基于中央及区域培训需求,高效联动跨部门,高质量完成区域及中央培训赋能项目落地执行
REQUIREMENTS
- 良好的沟通及授课技巧
- 学习能力优秀,对新技术、新工具的应用有强的学习能力及操作转化能力
- 良好的项目设计及组织转化能力
- 英语表达能力良好
- 自我驱动及管理能力优良
