AD/Sr. Finance Manager - FP&A
JOB PURPOSE
- Well understand the company consolidated financial view to be able to address the issues, causes and suggestions.
- Frequent communications with region/global finance teams to update China market financials.
- Collaboration with business finance team to build strong business sense about each TA.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Company financial view ownership
- Deliver monthly financial update to show the financial performance tracking for both company overall perspective and by BUs/functions;
- Provide good granularities of management P&L reading and analysis;
- Produce comprehensive summary deck during each planning cycle to bring up all the key and correct findings to senior management team for sufficient discussion or decision;
- Be able to work under pressure (i.e. direct conversation with CFO etc.) and support FP&A head on senior management team’s requests;
Cross-functions work
- Work closely with BU/Channel business finance teams to have overall understanding of each business;
- With above business acumen, drive insightful analysis to compare the investment efficiency within the company total budget;
- Support region/global finance teams on China market financial questions and meanwhile be able to prioritize or question the requests;
- Be able to work with outside of finance team for various projects;

- Hands on fundamental tasks and good at scenario testing and data simulations
JOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
Academic / Professional qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or related), MBA (preferred)
Technical / skill training
- CICPA or ACCA
Working experience (No. of years , Job function, Business types )
Essential
- 8-10 years financial analytical experiences
- Pharmaceutical industry preferred but not must
- Good logic to address the findings
Desirable
- Rich presentation experience
Language ability
- Mandarin
- Fluent written and spoken English
Computer literacy
- Experts in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power point)
- Experienced SAP / ERP/ Hyperion/Concur use
