Associate Director-Marketing Excellence

JOB PURPOSE

• Lead Marketing Excellence team. Make sure the team have clear goal, strategy, action plan, and continuously push forward execution.
• Drive overall AZ China Business Planning. Support Brand Team to deliver best-in-class Brand Strategic Plan, Brand Experience Plan and Launch Readiness Review and connect them with overall Business Planning process.
• Drive Precise Marketing. Support Brand Team to come up with best-in-class Customer Segmentation, Content and Execution, so as to help the brand team target the right customer, deliver the right message and take the right actions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

1. Lead and guide team (20% to 40%)

• Make sure the team have clear goal, strategy, action plan, and continuously push forward execution

2. Drive business planning (20% to 40%)

• Support Brand Team to deliver best-in-class Brand Strategic Plan, Brand Experience Plan and Launch Readiness Review and connect them with overall Business Planning process

3. Drive Precise Marketing (20% to 40%)

• Support Brand Team to come up with best-in-class Customer Segmentation, Content and Execution, so as to help the brand team target the right customer, deliver the right message and take the right actions

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University degree and above; MBA preferred, preferably in Clinical Medicine, Science, Business, Finance, Marketing or other relevant areas
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, strategic / marketing related experiences, 3 years people management experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferably in brand marketing, strategic planning, PMO in business units, management consulting is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience and proven success in working with cross-functional teams
• Quick learning ability
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytic and project management skills
• Proficient in oral and written English
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
