Associate Director-SHE
Summary of the role:
- Responsible for SHE team overall governance, strategy, budget ownership, SHE risk management;
- Responsible for compliance reporting to global SHE
- Responsible for SHE incident command for major events
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
SHE Management:
- Oversee the establishment and continuous improvement of AZ China commercial sites & employee’s SHE management system, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Guide and supervise the daily work of team member, promoting risk management, accident prevention, and emergency response in the campus, office, and field teams.
- Drive FM zero carbon projects, promoting sustainable development and green operations.
- Focus on employee wellbeing, promote health programs and psychological care initiatives.
- Organize internal SHE training, awareness campaigns, and third-party audits to enhance employee safety and health awareness.
Project support:
- Responsible for handling urgent departmental requests and coordinating company departments to ensure stable operations.
Team & Budget management:
- Responsible for team talent development and performance management, coaching employees for professional growth.
- Serve as spokesperson for SHE management, maintaining effective communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
- Timely reporting major SHE and Security matters and improvement recommendations to company management.
- Set & review SHE related MTP, ensure budget execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or above
- 10-15 years working experience in SHE and facilities renovation / decoration project management
- Good English competency: both oral and written
- Good command of pc and Microsoft office application
- Can use AI to process SHE related cases and judgement result.
