(Associate) Manager - Fibrogen Finance & AZ Pricing
Fibrogen/FLK commercial finance
- Provide full finance support to Fibrogen/FLK team. Conduct regular commercial finance work including credit management and sales control by using Fibrogen/FLK systems, price accrual, true-up and rebate settlement.
- Handle daily finance operational tasks independently; perform regular updates and maintenance of financial master data to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant teams and implement post-deal integration work following AZ’s policy and operational guidelines.
- Improve internal control and process optimization, mitigate potential risks and ensure all financial activities are conducted in a standardized and compliant manner.
AZ product’s pricing analysis & governance
- Support pricing budget cycles (MTP, RBU, Phased budget, LTP), including planning, quantitative data analysis, and standardized financial reports.
- Make financial impact analysis for NRDL/VBP/IRP and manage market accruals for rebate account movement to ensure solid cashflow forecast.
- Conduct pricing routine work, incl. set up invoice price and NRP in system, perform monthly reconciliation of discount accrual balances and movements, coordinate stock compensation, etc.
- Engage in the pricing automation project to optimize process efficiency and support other ad-hoc initiatives.
