CMC Portfolio Lead

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Maintains full CMC portfolio alignment against business needs locally and globally

- Ensure CMC portfolio delivery on time, quality and budget

- Resolves inter-program and cross-functional conflicts for resources and delivery timeline, or escalate to appropriate forum for solutions

- Represent China Cell therapy CMC at governance and product meetings

- Develop CMC Project lead community

- Qualifications and Experience

- Advanced degree (MSc/ MPharm or above) in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related discipline.

- Broad CMC experience, with depth in at least one discipline, e.g., process development / analytical science program lead

- Must have working experience in Cell therapy industry for at least 4 years

- Preferred to have led global-program and China program

- Preferred with experience working at MNC

- Preferred demonstrated record in leading product development to registration-enabling stage

- Proficiency in English, both oral and written
