Innovation AI Scientist - clinical development excellence

We are seeking AI scientists with a passion for clinical development, deep expertise in state-of-the-art AI technologies, and a proven ability to translate technology innovation into impactful business opportunity and solutions.  

Collaborating closely with domain SMEs and technology partners, you will design and implement robust evaluation systems for emerging AI capabilities. You will be instrumental in establishing standardized and reusable benchmarking frameworks that enable continuous improvement and optimization. Your contributions will have a far-reaching impact across the entire clinical development value chain—including strategic decision-making, study design, trial execution, results interpretation, and health authority engagement.

Major responsibilities

  • 持续关注和深入分析AI、大数据及算法领域的最新研究动态和行业发展,能够以清晰简明的方式总结其对业务和行业的潜在影响,提供专业的技术解读、能力盘点及应用指南,帮助非技术团队深入理解和有效应用大模型及人工智能工具的业务价值
  • 在临床研发创新工具的应用实践中保持敏锐洞察,作为AI与业务之间的桥梁,深入挖掘并梳理业务需求,快速识别和评估AI及数字化技术带来的新机遇,对关键高价值任务的识别提供技术洞察和决策支持
  • 与AI技术供应方进行积极沟通,深入了解和发挥其核心能力,及时推动高价值解决方案的引入和落地
  • 联合业务领域专家共同研发AI模型及AI agent的能力测试材料,定义科学合理的评估标准、数据集和可复现的测试流程,建立标准化、可复用且可持续优化的评测体系
  • 积极参与部门内培训与技术普及课程,全面提升团队成员的AI素养,营造创新驱动的团队氛围
  • 协助AI模型及解决方案的Beta测试、上线评估与工作流全链路闭环,确保解决方案可以落地实现高效赋能业务场景
  • 作为跨职能团队的重要成员,积极推动创新方案的探索与讨论,促进产品的持续优化和迭代升级
  • 聚焦明确目标,迎接挑战,以创新意识、跨部门协作与影响力、务实精神及卓越沟通能力,持续推动工作进程,实现MVP方案的快速落地,并在持续优化中追求卓越

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • 人工智能、计算机、大数据、自动化等相关专业硕士及以上学历,有算法开发或技术转化经验优先
  • 精通AI及大模型相关技术生态,能理解并梳理算法、模型等关键能力及核心局
  • 具备强大的科技信息解读、总结能力,能够将复杂技术内容转化为通俗易懂的多媒体解读材
  • 优秀的书面和口头表达能力,善于与不同背景同事沟通、组织讨论和推动共识
  • 对人工智能的在临床科研领域落地、产品研发和知识普及有强烈热情
  • 有跨学科合作、AI benchmark搭建或数据集设计/管理实际经验者优先
  • 在医疗健康数字创新、AI赋能项目管理等实践经历者优先
