As a central member of our AI-driven clinical innovation team—working alongside clinical development experts, AI scientists, and engineers—you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of innovative products, as well as overseeing end-to-end project delivery. Your primary focus will be to convert interdisciplinary collaboration into well-defined product goals and measurable project results, ensuring that AI and digital technologies are effectively implemented within clinical research and development. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing ongoing business optimization and driving meaningful transformation across the clinical development landscape.

Major responsibilities
- 主导产品从概念构思、需求收集、市场及用户调研，到功能定义、开发实现、上线推广及持续优化的全流程管理，确保产品能够切实赋能临床开发与运营环节
- 制定清晰的项目计划与里程碑，协调资源，管理预算与风险，把控进度，推动产品与解决方案在多团队协同中的高效交付
- 与临床科学专家、临床运营专家、AI科学家、工程师及外部技术伙伴密切合作，确保项目初期业务需求的精准转化与技术落地，实现项目各阶段的无缝衔接
- 关注行业及技术前沿，结合业务场景，推动创新产品的持续迭代与差异化优势打造，支持AI创新能力的快速验证（MVP）和规模化应用
- 收集与分析产品和项目实施反馈，基于数据洞察和用户声音推动持续改进，提高产品业务价值与客户满意度
- 参与并推动团队项目管理、产品交付相关流程和工具的优化，建立可复制、可持续提升的项目与产品管理体系。
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 本科及以上学历，理工、医学、信息、管理等相关背景优先，有2年以上产品或项目管理经验，了解AI或临床研发相关行业更佳
- 具备复杂创新项目管理实战经验，有跨部门多职能团队协作和推动能力
- 优秀的沟通能力与项目统筹能力，目标导向、抗压能力强
- 有敏锐的技术洞察力和业务理解力，关注用户价值与产品创新
- 具备数据驱动思维，善于总结、优化流程和方法
- 有ndpd 、PMP、Scrum或相关项目管理认证者优先
- 具有医疗健康数字创新、AI赋能创新项目管理实践经历者优先
