Innovation Product Management (创新产品经理)

This role works closely with clinical R&D teams to understand business needs, improve processes and deliver practical AI solutions. The successful candidate will combine clinical knowledge, structured problem-solving and hands-on technical skills to turn business needs into clear solution designs and working prototypes, while managing external partners when needed.

Typical Accountabilities

• Work with clinical development, medical, clinical operations, biometrics and other teams to understand their workflows and challenges.
• Turn complex or unclear business needs into well-defined problems, processes, data requirements and solution designs.
• Assess and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, data readiness and risk.
• Design AI-enabled workflows and solution architectures that fit existing business processes and systems.
• Build prototypes and test key ideas using suitable AI and data tools.
• Define testing methods and acceptance criteria, including accuracy, traceability and human review.
• Lead projects from initial discovery through prototyping, testing and implementation.
• Review vendor solutions and manage delivery scope, quality, timelines and knowledge transfer.
• Capture reusable methods, components and lessons from each project.

• 评审供应商方案，管理交付范围、质量、进度及知识转移。
• 沉淀项目中的通用方法、可复用组件和实践经验。

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, life sciences, computer science, data science, engineering or a related field.
• Good understanding of clinical R&D, with experience in one or more areas such as clinical development, medical review, clinical operations, biometrics or clinical pharmacology.
• Strong ability to simplify and structure complex business problems.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI, large language models, RAG, AI agents and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience with Python or other programming languages, data processing, SQL and APIs.
• Ability to build a working prototype independently.
• Experience in project delivery and vendor management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Consulting or professional-services experience is preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical R&D, clinical AI or regulated environments is preferred.

• 具备良好的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
• 有咨询公司或专业服务机构经验者优先。
• 有制药研发、临床AI或受监管环境相关经验者优先。
