Manager –AI Data Solution

JOB PURPOSE

The role is responsible for advancing the organization’s analytics capabilities from traditional Business Intelligence (BI) to AI-enabled analytics and decision intelligence.

Building on existing BI foundations, this position integrates AI technologies, advanced analytics, and product thinking to design and deploy AI-powered insight solutions (e.g., conversational analytics, automated insights, intelligent reporting). The role also drives data integration across internal and external sources to create scalable, reusable data and analytics assets that support business decision-making and efficiency.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES

1. AI-powered analytics solution

• Design company-level AI-powered analytics and insight solutions with a product mindset (e.g., AI analytics assistants, automated reporting tools)

2. Market data management

• Enhance SFE internal analytics capabilities by incorporating AI/GenAI to improve analytical depth, speed, and automation

3. AI adoption advocation

• Advocate for AI adoption through communication, enablement, and training

COMPETENCIES

1. AI‑Enabled Data & Analytics Product Capability

• Ability to translate business needs into clearly defined AI‑enabled analytics products (e.g. AI insights assistants, automated reporting, smart dashboards), with explicit users, use cases, and value propositions
• Drives data integration, metric standardization, and model reuse to ensure AI analytics solutions are scalable, repeatable, and reusable across brands, teams, or scenarios

2. Data management and modelling

• Ability to process massive data and able to conduct statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and advanced predictive modeling techniques
• Proficiency in excel, programming skill (e.g. SQL, Python, R)
• Adapt to new technologies, practical knowledge of applying AI to optimize data management is a plus

3. Communication and team work

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines
• Quick learning and willing to explore new things, think beyond conventional boundaries to provide solutions

Job requirements

1. Academic / Professional qualification

• Bachelor/Master Degree of Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, etc.

2. Technical / skills training

• Experience in developing analytics products, data products, or AI platforms
• Solid understanding of applying AI/GenAI in business analytics (not required to be a pure algorithm expert)
• Project management experience across functions and systems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (nice to have)
• At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics solution and(or) data science
