主要职责
- 市场塑造:协助RLL 建立跨部门合作机制,开展COE建设,制定一院一策,推动院内MDT体系搭建与协作
- 市场执行:高质量落地中央活动,搭建及执行区域平台活动,传递疾病诊疗理念,扩大产品上市声量
- 客户管理:开发和维护区域内大客户,提供个性化支持,特别是在罕见病治疗方案
- 市场准入:开发医院/药房,积极参与倡导,传递产品信息
- 教育推广:向医疗专业人员提供产品和疾病诊疗教育和支持
- 区域协同:协调资源 (市场/医学/CAMA),推动区域业务目标实现
- 反馈改进:收集反馈以改进推广策略,并推动合规学术活动。
工作要求和胜任能力
- 2年以上的相关专业推广经验,具备罕见病/ 特药/心血管领域推广经验者优先;
- 熟练处理大客户关系,能有效管理复杂的业务环境,团队协作中发挥创新作用;
- 迅速掌握新产品知识和行业发展,特别是在快速变化的罕见病领域;
- 医学、药学或相关领域的学士;
- 入职后能办理招商银行信用卡的资格(通过报销的业务费用必须使用商务信用卡)
