(Senior ) Finance Manager, Tax
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage tax compliance activities across China, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other taxes, as well as risk management, and tax advisory.
- Work in close partnership with regional and global headquarters to align tax policies and ensure accurate tax reporting.
- Oversee the implementation and continual improvement of internal tax processes and controls.
- Manage tax audits & tax enquires, acting as the primary point of contact for tax authorities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and procedures for tax audits, controversy management and tax authority inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field.
- CPA, CTA, CICPA or other professional tax/accountancy qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in corporate tax, with significant exposure in multinational pharmaceutical or healthcare companies.
- In-depth knowledge of PRC and international tax laws, regulations, and practices.
- High personal integrity, ethics and a collaborative team spirit.
- English fluency.
