Senior Financial Analyst
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning, Forecasting & Budgeting
- Provide high-quality and prompt PnL offline data consolidation during RBU2/MTP/Budget planning processes with primary analysis.
- Ensure on time and accurate submission to global system.
- Ad-hoc analysis during planning cycles.
Performance Management & Analysis
- Provide monthly analysis reports, identify key drivers and variances, and reason behind.
- Support monthly SOX audit on management reports.
- BI system maintenance to ensure prompt and accurate monthly reports.
- Support ad-hoc analysis.
Other Income
- Provide accurate other income forecast during RBU2/MTP/Budget planning processes as well as outturn.
Provide actual analysis on other income.
REQUIREMENTS
- Academic / Professional qualification / 学 历 / 专 业 资 格
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or related) as a minimum
- Technical / skill training / 技 术 / 技 能 训 练
- MBA or CPA Equivalent preferred
- Working experience (No. of years / 年 资, Job function / 工 作 功 能, Business types / 业 务 种 类 )
Essential 必 需
- 8+ years of financial management in a dynamic and high growth environment
Desirable 理 想
- Pharma / FMCG background with commercial finance experience preferred
- Broad exposure and experience in all aspects of financial management such as business finance, financial control, and financial transactional operations preferred
- Language ability / 语 言 能 力
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Chinese language mandatory
