Senior Manager-AZU (team leader)
JOB PURPOSE
Lead a training team that be able to build up competency model aligned with business model, create talent training and empower system to upgrade sales force capability. Be able to synergize with global partner on training resources, make them consistent with local usage. Be able to collaborate with MKT, Medical and other cross-functional teams, ensure to push forward strategy implementation and improve sales behavior level.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
1. Lead a training team that be able to build up competency model aligned with business model, create talent empowering and training system to upgrade sales force capability. (50%)
- Be able to collaborate with MKT& Medical teams to build up systematic training solution, as well as optimize training assessment and transformation.
- Be able to synergize with global partner on training resources, make them consistent with local usage.
- Be able to support and push forward BBU upskill projects, such as “DSM medical-leader proficiency” and “MR medical-promoter proficiency” advancement and accertification.
2. Lead a training team that be able to collaborate with MKT& Medical teams to strengthen strategy implementation and improve sales behavior level. (40%)
- Be able to assist MKT to set up strategy-aligned execution standard to ensure business goal.
- Be able to collaborate closely with BU LT to push forward strategy alignment and business action plan transformation for all sales.
- Be able to actively drive sales force strategy-aligned capability readiness, ensure1st-line manager to self-check execution quality and spot gaps.
- Be able to co-work with MKT& Medical teams to check execution quality and spot gaps.
3. As a leader, be able to actively drive up team management and development by effective motivating and coaching.(10%)
- Be able to offer professional guidance and career development plan aiming to upskill team members’ capabilities, and create a positive and commitment workplace.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above
2. Licenses/ Certifications:
- Adult Learning, facilitation skills certification
- ADDIE instructional design
- Train the Trainer certification
- Project Management
3. At least 5yrs training experience or 3yrs sales management/MKT experience in multinational pharmaceutical company
4. At least 1 year training experience in biologics with at least 2 yrs team management experience
5. Competency requirements:
- With asthma related TA knowledge
- Must with strong comprehensive training technique
- Must with good project management ability
- With strong communication skill
- With strong learning and adaptive ability, and innovative ability
- With good team management ability
- With good comprehensive English ability
