External Interaction with KOLs from the given hospitals

(~75% workload)

  • Through face-to-face/virtual visit, communicate  proper diagnostic approaches and techniques in responsible disease areas with KOLs (national & regional) in a fair, balanced and objective manner;
  • Support to set up qualified diagnostic standards including testing process, report templet and quality control in given disease areas and hospitals;
  • Provide diagnosis technology input to increase advocacy of KOLs in series of scientific activities;
  • Help on local speakers pool maintenance and development;
  • Explore potential clinical study proposal in the field.
  • Effective execution of external KOL interaction according to working plan aligned with Brand Action Plan;
  • Clear diagnostic status analysis and development plan in given hospitals;
  • Effective execution of qualified diagnostic standards supporting in given hospitals;
  • Obvious improvement of KOL advocacy from baseline;
  • No outstanding finding by internal QC ;
  • Good feedback from external KOLs and HCPs;
  • Good feedback from local DA MSL/marketing/sales team as reference.

Internal Customer Interaction

(~25% workload)

  • Act as medical diagnostic consultant in given hospitals;
  • Share proper diagnosis approaches and techniques with local team;
  • Help local team on diagnostic trouble shooting and objection handling ;
  • Provide medical input to local promotional activities as core member of Regional Brand Team;
  • Report back to central team the local diagnostic practice, key issues and critical activities;
  • Keep pace with medical advancement and deliver internal sharing aligned with brand strategy;

  • Effective execution of internal interaction to working plan aligned with Brand Action Plan
  • Monthly report back to central team local medical practice, key issues and critical activities;
  •  No outstanding finding by internal QC ;
  • Good feedback from local DA MSL/marketing/sales team and central Team.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES / 胜任能力

Diagnosis/Disease/Product knowledge in responsible therapeutic area

Has expertise on medical diagnostic techniques, especially NGS and other new diagnostic approaches. Has an awareness of available scientific resources and demonstrates ability to access most up to date clinical data within designated TAs; Demonstrates clear understanding of relevant clinical data and the ability to communicate with internal and external customers.

Commercial mindset

Have commercial mindset and be able to initiate scientific messages aligned with brand strategy.

Communication/Presentation skills

Demonstrate strong skills to effectively and efficiently communicate with internal customers (local sales team and Brand Team) and external customers (KOLs and HCPs).

Self-directed manner

Good working plan and strong execution in a self-directed manner.
