Finance Manager-RHQ Beijing
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES / 主要职责
- Business Partnering
- Be local Finance Business Partner for RHQ Beijing (North Region) and RMT/PMT
- Maintain sound local relationship with all relevant government authorities
- Monitor and support in following up local subsidy for AstraZeneca legal entities in Beijing
- Monthly Closing & Financial Reporting
- Responsible for local treasury related activities (e.g. overseas payments, etc.) for AstraZeneca legal entities in Beijing
- Involved in monthly closing and prepare/submit local statutory reports for AstraZeneca legal entities in Beijing
- Work with external firms to monitor and finalize annual audit reports for AstraZeneca legal entities in Beijing
- Lead and implement whole invoicing process of AstraZeneca legal entities in Beijing if needed
- Internal Control & Others
- Act as key member to Regional Governance Committee (RGC) to validate and approve external funding projects for North Region
- Assure effective internal control framework for AstraZeneca legal entities in Beijing
- Monitor and improve regional controlling environment
- Coordinate with outsourced tax service provider (e.g. Deloitte) for tax affairs of AstraZeneca legal entities in Beijing
- Maintain chop management for AstraZeneca legal entities in Beijing
- Other Ad hoc activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES / 工作要求和胜任能力
Academic / Professional qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or related)
Technical / skill training
- CICPA or ACCA preferred
Working experience
- Essential
- Governance/Accounting/Treasury/Tax/Invoicing experience
- 8~10 years
- Experience in dealing with government authorities
- Desirable
- Pharma/Medical device industry experience/Audit firm experience
Language ability
- Mandarin
- Fluent written and spoken English
Computer literacy
- Experts in Microsoft Office
- Experienced SAP use
Others
- Strong cross function/external communication skill and can work independently
- Good conflict management skill
