岗位工作内容:
1. 实地辅导:通过实地观察代表的拜访,基于行为给予辅导反馈的。
2. 团队管理和发展:组建经销商团队,招聘合适人才,通过绩效管理,发展高效团队。
3. 业务计划管理:在区域内贯穿市场策略,进行业务分析,计划执行和控制。
4. 经销商管理:
① 辖区开发、评估、管理经销商及其代表的能力,并落实各项活动
② 区域重点经销商沟通及管理:1) 经销商政策解读、结算及沟通 2)经销商层面人员奖励 3)经销商活动部署 4) 经销商合规管理
5. 专业技能和知识: 对相关专业知识和技能的掌握及理解运用
6. 领导力和文化: 影响和引领团队成员
