- Comply with SHE, quality and compliance policy and standards, Comply with all the codes and regulations of GMP in maintenances activities.
- Responsible for equipment preventive maintenance, routine equipment maintenance activities
- Quick response to needs of production, solve the equipment failure promptly.
- Detect and address potential issue or risk in time by routine inspection and other maintenance activities.
- spare parts management, ensure necessary and reasonable spare parts in stock.
- Establish & continuously optimize the maintenance strategy, draft technique work instructions and recording forms as required.
- proactively implement the maintenance cost saving project.
- involve validation work, responsible for URS/DQ /IQOQPQ for the OSD process equipment/system introduction or upgrade.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical & electrical integration or electric automatization
- Familiar with pharmaceutical Industrial GMP regulation and business related regulation / standard
- at least 8 years of working experience in international pharmaceutical company.
- Rich experience in pharma static & rotary OSD process equipment technology, e.g. dispensing, material transfer, mill, granulation, tablet press, coating.
- Fluent English of verbal and written , good at MS office
- AutoCAD and PLC maintenance skills are prefer
- Must be open minded, innovative, self-motivating, good team work, interpersonal and communication skills to ensure high quality of work.
- Electrician certificate is preferred
