Planning governance and metrics
- Establishes and monitors performance metrics and recommends corrective actions.
- Develops product allocations and priorities within the site. Serves as a key participant in the site budget process.
- Develops and leads inventory policies for specific products.
- Participates in and supports new product launches, line extensions, and life cycle management activities; oversees master data set-up.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships across the Global Supply Chain network.
- Creates new ideas and processes, delivers results, and drives for continuous innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Ensures planning team is meeting all designated requirements in support of Planning Excellence and meets standards for Global Supply Planning.
lead all activities required for short term supply planning: monitoring & execution.
- Oversight the formal handover of production plan for the next fixed horizon with commentary on the plan. (e.g. big change in demand and downstream shutdown).
- Monitor data to day execution of the production plan with PET people engaged and regularly attending.
- Clear rules defined and being worked to that define what changes are allowed to the production plan in the frozen and slushy horizon.
- Oversight & improve material replenishment and JIT arrangement as a service to the production process.
- streamline the door 2 door and floor to floor material flow and processes (via using BPM).
Maintain synergy with cross team to ensure supply plan executed and aligned with local and global expectations.
- Represent Planning in PET leadership team
- Support development of PET and strategic activities within PET with special focus on Supply Chain.
- Participate in NPI /volume switch project.
- Support is provided around the segmentation review to ensure the right planning methods are in use.
- A clear view of site options for improvement is brought into the process.
- Issues escalated where necessary to Rolling Business Plan and local site plan
- subsequently updated based on agreed solutions
Team management.
- Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory agencies on matters related to Supply Chain Management, safety, environmental, and foreign trade.
- Coaches, trains, and develops planners in order to develop team into an agile, flexible supply node.
- Process confirmation including annual self-inspection plan.
- Provide training, coaching and career advice for subordinates.
- Regular feed forward performance check in talk with high quality
- Conduct performance appraisal for subordinated on the metrics set for them.
Organisation and process documentation.
- Own the in-site planning process of production planning and material including SOP/forms.
- Daily, weekly and monthly planning routines are properly documented.
- Clear RACI for planning team members with their boundary identified.
Compliance and SHE
- Make sure all processes/activities in this category are fully compliance with GMP, GSP, SHE requirements and company policy.
- Make sure safety working activities for self & team.
- Report all accidents, incidents and hazards.
- 100% join all of company SHE and compliance training and activities.

Capabilities

- University education with major in business or trade or others is preferential.
- 5 years or above working experience in import and domestic purchasing/planning.
- At least 3 years people management experience
- CSCP or CPIM certificates.
- Purchasing / planning knowledge & skill
- Pharmaceutical/GMP/GSP knowledge
- Import /export business knowledge
- Finance basic knowledge
- ERP system knowledge with APO is plus
