Axial Deployment Data Readiness Analyst - Operations
Typical Responsibilities
- Data Cleansing – approval of opportunities for mass updates and co-ordination of legacy remediation across BAU teams.
- UAT – scripts and testing
- Interim ways of working – SOP authoring
- Training
- Hypercare
- Defect resolution support
- Data validation support
- SOPs – authoring for BAU based on new process and data design.
- SME identification and collaboration
- Priority Data Object deep dives - support in defining the change journey from current to future state data design and processes
- Change catalyst network activity
- Functional SME inputs to processes e.g. New Pack Approval
- Attendance at design localization workshops
- Data collection
- OSLT support
Essentials
- Experience of SAP implementation and project deployment activities – particularly across data migration, data cleansing, defect resolution, testing and change management.
- Ability to explain complex data concepts and design to business users.
- Solid understanding of how master data supports process execution and analytics.
- Experience of Business/IT partnering for the implementation of project change.
- Experience with global working and across cultures.
- Demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives
- Consistent record of delivery and ability to effectively prioritize to ensure goals and outcomes are achieved
Desirable
- S/4 HANA implementation programme experience.
- Experience in life sciences and healthcare.
- Understanding of data governance concepts.
- In depth knowledge of relevant business area and processes.
