Axial Deployment Data Readiness Analyst - Operations

Typical Responsibilities

• Data Cleansing – approval of opportunities for mass updates and co-ordination of legacy remediation across BAU teams.
• UAT – scripts and testing
• Interim ways of working – SOP authoring
• Training
• Hypercare
• Defect resolution support
• Data validation support
• SOPs – authoring for BAU based on new process and data design.
• SME identification and collaboration
• Priority Data Object deep dives - support in defining the change journey from current to future state data design and processes
• Change catalyst network activity
• Functional SME inputs to processes e.g. New Pack Approval
• Attendance at design localization workshops
• Data collection
• OSLT support

Essentials

• Experience of SAP implementation and project deployment activities – particularly across data migration, data cleansing, defect resolution, testing and change management.
• Ability to explain complex data concepts and design to business users.
• Solid understanding of how master data supports process execution and analytics.
• Experience of Business/IT partnering for the implementation of project change.
• Experience with global working and across cultures.
• Demonstrate good communication skills with the ability to influence others to achieve objectives
• Consistent record of delivery and ability to effectively prioritize to ensure goals and outcomes are achieved

Desirable

• S/4 HANA implementation programme experience.
• Experience in life sciences and healthcare.
• Understanding of data governance concepts.
• In depth knowledge of relevant business area and processes.
