About the role

Bytaking on the Business Analyst Roleyou are going to use and develop your skillset when it comes to IT, Manufacturing Systems, Automation engineeringexpertiseand bio-pharma industry trendsin order toinfluence and execute IT strategy and delivery in our Operations IT Team.

We are looking for a person who enjoys and strives to develop strategic relationships with Process Owners andStakeholders, andfurthermoreidentifiesways for IT to partner with our subject matter experts within the Manufacturing Capability to achieve and exceed businessobjectives.

The role focuses on driving IT Product Strategy and roadmaps, byidentifyinginnovative technology solutions and exploiting current technology to create maximum competitiveadvantageto deliver businessbenefit.

This role requires you to flex between the capabilitiesfora Business Analyst and Project Manager, including successful delivery ofrequirement,projectand products. And as the organization moves towards agiledeliverythe role will require you to seek opportunities to embed agile ways of working with adoption of agile techniques including scrum.

Key responsibilities

  • The rolecomprisesof a blend of accountabilities across the Business Analyst, Business Relationship Manager/Business Partner, Project Manager roles along with Agile delivery responsibilities

  • Work with colleagues across theOpsITand theC4Es, (e.g., Architects, Scaled Delivery, etc.) toidentifythe capabilitiesrequiredto ensureoutcomes/requirementsare clearly understood and can be delivered.

  • Provide thought leadership, innovation and contribute to the definition of the technology direction and strategy for the specialist area, to drive transformation.

  • In the roleasBusinessAnalystkey responsibilities include the soliciting, understanding and prioritization of business requirements from multiple partners, includingdevelopment of Business Cases. The role requires interpretation of the requirements to inform analysis, solution design, decisionmakingand to positivelyimpactrisk and issue resolution.

  • In the roleasProject Manager/Scrum Master, key responsibilities includefollowingAZ PM processes to lead and influencing teams to ensure projects are deliveredtimely, within budget with goals fulfilled. The role will delegate tasks within the project team and empower team members with responsibilities. It will be key to embrace scrummethodologyas the organizationtransitionto agile ways of working.

Essential experience & skills

  • Experience of identification and implementation of innovative technology solutions

  • Experience of input to business strategies and influencing the vision of senior leaders

  • Experience of leading business cases

  • Experience of delivering projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presenting

  • Excellent influencing,networkingand team working skills

  • High level awareness and interestofdevelopments in the Information Technology trends.

  • Knowledge in planning,changemanagement, agile and problem solving

  • A proventrack recordof delivering results

  • Experience of bio-pharma industry desirable

  • Project Management experience
