Network Supply Planner
Typical Accountabilities
Resource planning: Own the constrained plan across brands; balance capacity, materials, inventory targets, and approved material flows; monitor resource utilization and service risks; drive mitigation.
S&OE leadership: Run weekly reviews; assess issues; coordinate cross functional actions; escalate per guidelines.
S&OP contribution: Lead supply consensus; run scenarios and simulations; provide KPIs and outlooks; support budget volumes.
Site/CMO and market interface: Approve order changes within Customer Quoted Lead-times and outside tolerances; align replenishment between nodes; synchronize with upstream/downstream planners.
Plan handover: Deliver clean, executable plans; filter noise; prioritize options; secure weekly handshake with Production Planners/External Supply Coordinators.
Budget: Provide support and preparation for Budget cycles, understanding production/purchase volumes, inventory and any changes.

Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential
Experience in supply chain (manufacturing, planning).
Advanced inventory, capacity, and network planning skills.
Digital savvy: AI, data, systems mindset.
Hands on with ERP/APS.
Event management and capacity modelling.
Strong grasp of planning parameters and master data quality.
Cross functional collaboration, including external partners.
Clear, confident communication and influence.
Lean tools proficiency.
Analytical, proactive problem solving; effective risk and scenario management; resilient and adaptable.
Desirable
Degree in Business, Logistics, Sciences, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
APICS/CSCP or equivalent; Lean certification.
S&OP process expertise.
Commercial exposure; leadership experience.
Ability to apply AI to improve efficiency.
