Brief Job Description
Assist utility associate director in developing management policies and rules for the utility team. Responsible maintenance work of mechanical, electrical and automation, utility system trouble shooting in compliance and stably supply all qualified utility media service for all medicine production business, visitors and AZ employees to support and drive the core business. Make proper utility supply plan for utility supply according to production. Improve energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Meanwhile make efforts to improve utility media system continuously for AZ Wuxi site becoming solid great working place. Simultaneously, we continuously improve and simplify processes. We promote the enhancement of departmental quality culture and coordinate GMP audits and quality risk management for utility systems.
1)Utility system Operation &Maintenance, including
l Assist manager in developing management policies and rules for the utility
Team
l Communication within the company and with external suppliers.
l Responsible and response for utility system PM
l Predict potential breakdown and recover operation quickly and actively.
l Develop and maintain work standard specification and process procedure
l Perform facility program regarding repair and improvement on the existing
mechanical facilities
l Spare parts management and consumed record.
l Manage and control all System operation parameters to ensure utility
equipment run smoothly and efficiently
l Management of outsource provider team of utility team
l Dispose feedback from internal customers related to the media supply and other
Services
l Responsible for utility system upgrade project to improve equipment stability, On-site coordination and quality supervision, Inspect and control construction field unsafe behaviors
l Paperwork and system operation, e.g. SAP PM Notification and Order create and maintenance, Present reports on status and improvement of all utility equipment, assist to update the relevant SOP/WI
2)SHE responsibilities, including
l Monitor maintenance activity satisfies GMP requirement
l Coordinate Deviation handling & Change management
l Strong GMP quality awareness drives departmental quality culture improvement.
l Coordinate GMP audits and quality risk management for common media.
l Internal staff safe skill training and Outsourcing service safety management
Education/Qualifications/Experience:
Full-time bachelor's degree or higher, in Automation
Over 5 years of work experience in the operation and maintenance of Utility systems in pharmaceutical companies, and proficiency in the following knowledge and skills:
l HVAC knowledge and technique
l HV/LV Power system maintenance and automation PLC/BMS/EMS, etc
l GMP/SHE/SAP
l Communication ability
l Good English listen, speak, reading and writing skills
l Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Office suites and AutoCAD software.
l Strong sense of service and responsibility

协助公用介质助理总监制定部门管理策略及规则。管理并实施公用介质系统的机械,电气,自动系统维修维护工作,故障解决。根据生产情况制定合理的介质供应维护计划。提高能源运行效率降低能耗水平。并稳定地提供产品相关的业务、员工和访客需要的动力介质供应,以营造一个良好的工作环境,支持或驱动业务发展。同时持续改善和简化流程。推动部门质量文化提升,协调公用介质GMP审计及质量风险管理。
具体职责/任务:
1)公用介质系统运行,维修和持续改善,包括
l 协助制定公用介质部门管理策略及规则
l 公司内部的沟通及外部供应商的沟通协调等
l 负责和管理公用工程系统设备的预防性维修维护
l 预测潜在故障,高标准快速的恢复设备运行, 并积极参与应急维修
l 制定和维护技术标准和操作程序
l 执行现有设施相关更新及改造的计划
l 维修备件管理和领用记录
l 对公用介质团队的服务商进行管理
l 管理和控制EBI 和其它系统等的运行参数确保设备稳定高效运行
l 接报和处理工厂内部的介质供应事宜和其它服务需求
l 负责公用工程系统的改造,设备优化工作,提升设备稳定性,现场协调及施工质量监督,检查控制施工现场不安全行为
l 相关文件及系统操作,如SAP PM 通知单和订单的建立和维护,提供设备运行状况和改进情况报告,协助更新相关SOP/WI,等
2)质量/合规/安全环境健康责任,包括
l 监控并确保公用介质相关和维修活动的GMP符合性
l 配合支持偏差处理和变更管理
l 良好GMP质量意识,推动部门质量文化提升,
l 协调公用介质GMP审计及质量风险管理。
l 内部员工安全技能培训, 外部服务安全管理等
教育背景/资质/经验:
全日制本科以上学历,自动化专业学历背景
5年以上制药企业公用工程运行&维修领域的工作经历,熟练掌握以下知识和技能:
l 暖通空调相关知识及技能
l 强弱电的维修维护,自动化控制,PLC/BMS/EMS等
l GMP/SHE/SAP 相关知识
l 沟通技能
l 英语听说读写能力
l 良好的电脑应用技能,熟练使用office 套件 及 Auto-CAD软件.
l 强烈的服务意识及工作责任心
