AI Innovation and Application Specialist
This role is under Lean Digital & PMO department, we focus on the application and research of AI to solve industry challenges, enhance business efficiency, and create greater value. We are seeking a passionate and creative AI Innovation and Application Specialist to join our team and explore the limitless possibilities of AI technology together.
Job Responsibilities
AI application
Integrate AI technologies with business needs, design and implement AI solutions, and promote the practical application of AI in operation
Integrate AI features into existing systems and architectures
Lead the deployment of Global AI use cases in site level
Cross-department collaboration: work closely with operation, quality, IT, supply chain, purchase and engineering team to understand requirements, provide AI technical support and ensure the successful execution of AI products
DevOps of existing AI products
AI innovation
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, explore cutting-edge technologies, and drive innovative applications of AI in business scenarios
Algorithm development and optimization: design, develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning algorithms to improve model performance and efficiency
Site AI capability enhancement
Establish internal AI technology community to engage more AI enthusiasts
Design and implement customized training programs based on business needs
Organize AI technology seminars to broaden team horizons and enhance overall technical capabilities
Job Requirement
Master degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning, Data Science, Mathematics or related fields
Above 2 years of experience in AI-related fields, with a proven track record of successful AI project implementation preferred
Knowhow in following technology stacks:
Strong programming languages: Python, C++, Java
Familiar with mainstream deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
Experience in at least one of CV, NLP, XR
Experience in AIGC, Cloud is a plus
Strong innovative mindset with the ability to think independently, quick learner with the ability to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in AI Fluent English in reading and writing (English can be working language)
