Associate Manager, Project Management
·Oversee project overall strategy, planning, resources, timeframes, objectives, and communications with stakeholders
·Proactively define project risk and opportunities and support project teams with mitigation of risks
·Proactively drive benefits realization from projects
·Assure progress of Lean Digital & site projects plan and delivery in accordance with the approved timeline
·Monitor key performance indicators and intervene, where required
·Create and manage documentation and reports for overall project and track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges
Identify problems and shortfalls and propose solutions
Deploy global digital strategy and long term goals to achieve smart factory
Facilitate the deployment of digital transformation roadmap and clarify the direction for site improvements (the next 2 ~ 3 years)
Support site to establish digital transformation plan and introduce digital use cases to enable performance improvement
Communicate global digital strategy and lead changes within site to accelerate smart factory
Manage site digital project portfolios
Plan and prioritize site digital transformation initiatives
Facilitate Site/PETs for business analysis to identify digital opportunities for site improvements base on understand of current situation of the business.
Plan the prioritize the digital uses cases in detail and ensure SLT approval to carry out the improvement program
Develop digital capabilities in Taizhou site
Plan digital capability development plan and ensure digital workforce are well trained to deliver and apply for digital use cases to generate value
Sustain Communication & Training process to build digital capability in Taizhou site
Drive the implementation of site digital projects
Facilitate interface between business, IT and data scientists in designing, iterating models and insights, utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
Develop the end-to-end product strategy, determine business value and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team and business owners.
Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
Serve as the day to day contact for the team on clarification and prioritization of requirements and drive user stories, elicit requirements to accomplish team goals, accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
Ensure preservation of the achieved improvements and knowledge transfer
Manage monitoring of improvements in the business, management & control, ensure holistic integration of lean and digital
Communicate with the business, follow up the goals against the vision-Digital transformation roadmap review
Identify any "first sign" on the next improvement program
Promote global good practices sharing and adopting PoC as site Champion
Maintain an effective knowledge centre for appropriate application of Lean/Six Sigma, Process analysis and Advance Analytics across Taizhou site.
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
·Bachelor degree or above of engineering, pharma, data science or related field
·Above 5 years lean digital and site project management working experience in MNC
·Data analysis and interpretation capability
·Adaptability, continuous learning and learning agility
·Good communication and collaboration
·Fluent in English
·Lean digital and site project management experience in Pharma is desirable.
