- 制定数字化&自动化能力发展计划，确保数字化员工得到良好的培训，能够交付和应用数字化自动化用例来创造价值
Plan digital and autonomous capability development plan and ensure digital workforce are well trained to deliver and apply for digital and autonomous use cases to generate value
- 制定端到端产品战略，确定业务价值并有效地将其传达给利益相关者、团队和企业主。 Develop the end-to-end product strategy, determine business value and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team and business owners.
- 将可用性研究和调查整合到产品需求中，以提高用户满意度并确保以客户为导向的设计• Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
- 担任团队的日常联系人，负责澄清和确定需求的优先级并推动用户故事，引出实现团队目标的需求，在解决方案投入生产后负责产品特定的 KPI，并定期向利益相关者传达跟踪信息
Serve as the day to day contact for the team on clarification and prioritization of requirements and drive user stories, elicit requirements to accomplish team goals, accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
- 根据药品生产质量管理规范和PAS-X可执行批生产记录的理念将生产流程进行系统语言转化,并能实现流程的简化以及标准化。
Transfer the production process based on GMP requirements and PAS-X MBR design concept into system design especially in the way of simplification and standardization.
- 与流程执行团队一起共同推进PAS-X系统，以使工厂实现电子批记录和物料追踪
Lead PET to roll out PAS-X system to enable Qingdao site EBR/material flow tracking.
- 与流程执行团队一起共同推进过程控制系统如PCS7，以实现青岛工厂制剂工艺的稳定运行
Lead PET to roll out process control system like PCS7 to enable formulation process of Qingdao site run steadily
- 与流程执行团队一起共同推进追溯系统，以实现青岛工厂产品的可追溯性
Lead PET to roll out traceability system to enable traceability of Qingdao site products
- 与流程执行团队一起共同推进自动化系统的应用, 比如LES、大数据课题Data Historian & Discoverant以及质量系统等。
Can take some sub-stream project tracking responsibilities i.e. LES Big data related-Data Historian & Discover ant and Quality system etc…
- 协助站点/PET 进行业务分析，以根据对当前业务状况的了解，识别站点改进的数字机会。详细规划数字用例的优先级，并确保 SLT 批准执行改进计划
Facilitate Site/PETs for business analysis to identify digital opportunities for site improvements base on understand of current situation of the business. Plan the prioritize the digital uses cases in detail and ensure SLT approval to carry out the improvement program
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
必备条件Essential
- 计算机系统、信息技术、自动化、工程、药学或相关专业，学士或以上。
Bachelor or above of Computerized system, IT，Automation, Engineering, Pharmacy or equivalent.
- 8年以上精益数字化从业者或业务分析师工作经验。
More than 8 years working experience as lean digital practitioner or business analytics.
- 领导制造工厂数字化和自动化转型的工作经验（制药工厂优先）
Work experience in leading digital and autonomous transformation in a manufacturing site (pharmaceutical site is preferred)
- 在敏捷环境中带领团队领导数字&自动化创新的丰富经验
Deep experience leading digital and autonomous innovation with teams in an agile setting
- 具备良好的跨部门合作经验，包括与全球职能部门和本地各职能部门的合作。
Good experience of working cross functionally across with global function and local function team
- 良好的英语书面和口语水平
Excellent written and oral English proficiency
