Utility Engineer

• 通过对设计文件的熟悉，参与项目安装调试验证，以及系统操作维护培训，熟悉公用系统Being familiar with utility system through design document awareness, installation & commissioning and qualification activities during project period, on job operation and maintenance training
• 参与到项目的不同阶段，作为最终用户提供有价值和专业的建议到项目建设中。Fully involved in different project phase and have valuable input as end user
• 学习并运用其他工厂和行业的最佳实践到新工厂Learn and apply best practice from other sites and other experiences to Qingdao project
• 端到端的思维持续标准化和持续改善的理念和能力，通过项目期间的参与，实践为未来的商业化生产的垂直启动和成功做好充足的准备End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement to  BAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase

• On job self-study: quickly being familiar with as-built drawings, utility equipment O&M manual, SOPs, and related engineering documents through on job self-study and internal training;
• SOP文件等；
• Doc. Veracity: ensure GMP compliance and engineering documents veracity, through continuously review, re-check, and update related SOPs, as-built drawings and site labelling;
• SOP文件，竣工图纸，现场标识等进行回顾、检查及更新，确保GMP符合性和文件准确性；
• Data integrity: through careful check and record, timely review, to ensure utility operation record data integrity, and GMP compliance.
• “零”偏差；
• Problem solving: as utility engineer, through site routing inspection, monitoring and controlling BMS system, timely find out potential failure, and immediately take related action to ensure utility supply stability and reliability.
• BMS系统监控，及时发现系统/设备运行过程中存在的潜在问题/故障，并立即采取相应措施，以确保介质供应稳定可靠性；
• Emergency plan: establish the emergency plan of the utility and equipment operation, conduct the general fault processing.
• Energy saving: Optimize utility operation mode in different seasons for operation cost saving, and track the energy consumption for continuous improvement;
• TPM practice: Closely follow up and implement TPM strategy in Utility team, Good house keeping in utility area by implementation of 5S & Visualization, Gemba walk, timely improve site management status.
• 实践：实施区域管理责任制，通过现场5S、可视化管理、走动检查等措施，及时改进改善现场管理状况；
• GMP/SHE/LEAN compliance: actively participate in GMP, SHE, LEAN improvement plan, improve utility operation performance. Participate in deviation investigation and correction, take actions to avoid and eliminate risk; Corrective actions follow up timely according to agreed timeline.
• 合规性：积极参与改善改进项目，提高公用工程的运行绩效。参与偏差调查分析，CAPA措施及时实施跟进，降低及消除运行过程中可能存在的法规风险；
• Coordinated operation duty engineer to take charge of utility daily operation (running class mode), through the tour and on-site inspection to ensure the utility reliability and safety

教育、资质、技能、经验和能力Education, Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Capabilities

必需的Essential

• University degree or above
• Expertise on GMP regulations. GMP法规相关经验。
• SHE related knowledge   相关的SHE知识

• 5 years or above utility equipment operation and maintenance experience (such as: BMS, HVAC, PW, CS, WFI, power supply & distribution, water supply & drainage, etc.)   
• 5年及以上公用工程设备运行及维修经验（例如：楼宇控制系统，暖通空调系统，纯水系统，纯蒸汽系统，注射用水系统，供配电系统，给排水系统等）
• Full experience in regular trouble shooting and problem solving, and emergency plan熟练判断公用工程设备常见故障，并具备一定的故障处理及应急处理能力
• Through participating in project management, equipment installation, commissioning and technical training, full experience in utility equipment operation (such as: BMS, HVAC, PW, CS, WFI, power supply & distribution, water supply & drainage, etc.)通过参与项目管理，设备安装调试及培训，能熟练掌握公用工程设备的操作及调整（例如：楼宇控制系统，暖通空调系统，纯水系统，纯蒸汽系统，注射用水系统，供配电系统，给排水系统等）
• Familiar with computer management system (such as: SAP system) 熟悉计算机管理系统（例如：SAP系统）
• Good English reading and writing ability良好的英文读写能力
