Associate HR Manager, Early Talent Recruitment
Job Responsibilities
- Lead early talent programs (Internship program or MT program), develop annual strategy based on business needs, oversee program management and provide expertise on driving program excellence.
- Responsible for the development of university relationship strategy and identifying target university list based on both short-term and long-term business needs.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with target universities to build a pipeline of early talent and enhance the employer branding.
- Design and execute the most attractive ways to the young generation.
- Responsible for regional campus team management
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience, including at least 3 years in-house recruiting experience in early talent programs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Business acumen and change management skills
- Solid project management and event planning skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and result-driven mindset
- Leadership skills to lead team members to achieve goals
- Willingness to take challenges and work under pressure, with entrepreneurship
- Detail-oriented with comfort in analysing and presenting data
- Willingness to travel for business (10%)
