Associate Principal Product Lead – Data Analytics and AI
Join our Data Analytics and AI (DA&AI) team within Operations IT to drive innovation in a leading pharmaceutical company. As a Junior Product Lead, you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions, such as AI-Powered Drug Development, Generative AI, and Digital Twins. This role is aligned to Manufacturing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of technical products that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with DA&AI teams to design and deploy innovative tools and products.
- Assist in managing end-to-end product delivery by breaking down Epics into technical stories, ensuring technical and operational quality.
- Participate in research and evaluation of technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Essential Skills:
- Strong foundation in Data Analytics and AI technologies.
- Experience with the full software development lifecycle.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- Exposure of delivering Data , analytics or AI solutions in manufacturing industry
Desired:
- Master’s, MBA, or PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience n Pharmaceutical manufacturing domain
- Experience in Product/Project Management in Data, Analytics & AI solutions.
- Previous experience in a multinational company or pharmaceutical environment.
