Associate Training Director

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead curriculum development team to support AZC commercial plan by designing and delivering learning development ambition of 2025 and 2030 (50%)
  • Work with AZU ED to re-define and implement AZC commercial competency model of short term and long term solution by deeply understand AZC organization & commercial development strategies.
  • Design and provide learning pathway & solution for RSM/DSM/MR according to the updated competency model by TTT/co-facilitating. (e.g., Professional Medical Capability, Medical promotion skills, negotiation skills, business planning) and managerial skills (e.g., attracting and retaining top sales talent, how to coach a sales rep, how to measure performance of their team, how to be an inspiring leader)
  • Build Certification path and system for reps and sales managers. Work with BU training team to implement certification path and analysis the data to optimize the learning path and solution
  • Design and implement learning program to better support competency development with online and in person solutions
  • Accelerate Digital learning transformation to enhance the effectiveness of learning investment
  • Team & Talent Development- coach and grow team member’s capability e.g. talent mapping, career pathway, competency development plan, talent review and development(20%)
  • Key stakeholder influencing and engaging- Collaborate with the Business Leader/HR/Leader of DCI&CSE and other core function to provide learning solution for organization and talent development(20%)
  • Business Acumen-Forecast the trend of competency model/learning solution innovation (internal and external) (e.g., join BSP/BEP/QBR, manager coaching, leadership meetings/Industry meeting)(10%)

REQUIREMENTS:

Licenses/ Certifications:

  • Adult Learning, facilitation skills certification
  • ADDIE instructional design
  • Train the Trainer certification
  • Kirkpatrick Model
  • Project Management

Experience:

  • 10+ years learning consultant experience, with 2-3 years Strategy Planning experience will be better
  • 5+ years about training content design and facilitation independently
  • 3+ years about people management experience will be better

Competences:

  • Strong business consultative skill
  • Knowledge of and practical application of adult learning theory and instructional design principles (e.g. ADDIE)
  • Problem solving and KPI designing required to uncover root cause and develop improvement initiatives
  • Strong collaborative and team working skills
  • Strong project management skill/presentation skill/English writing and communication
