主要职责
1. 区域业务规划:具备洞察区域市场,进行业务分析,计划执行和控制。
2. 经销商管理:结合公司政策与经销商情况,管理经销商并达成业务指标。
3. 团队管理:经销商代表团队选用育留,通过招聘 、绩效管理,协同拜访与辅导,发展高效团队。
4. 专业知识:个人及团队共同学习并提升各项能力,能符合阿斯利康行为准则及专业要求。
5. 内部协作:与公司内部各部门建立合作。
6. 合规、知识与管控风险管理。
任职要求
1. 本科学历及以上,具备医药或相关背景优先
2. 具有医药行业销售经验者,有团队管理经验优先
3. 良好的组织协调与跨部门沟通能力,具备良好团队精神
4. 敬业有激情、责任心强,拥抱创新变革,具备抗压能力,适应出差
5. 具备入职后能办理招商银行信用 卡的资格(通过报销的业务消费必须使用公司商务信用卡)
