Lean, Digital & PMO , Manager/Sr. Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate Site operational excellence strategy and plan.
- Working with business leaders to develop operational excellence strategy and plan
- Drive the operational excellence plan implementation cross site
- Ensures consistency of application and implementation standard interprets Global /Regional lean principle and capability into Local teams
- Lead and facilitate initiates ,projects ,workshop, value stream mapping activities to achieve business objective and strategy
- Identification and provision of regional and external support needs.
- Driving implementation of operational excellence through all functions and site employees to enable site vision, strategy and Objective delivery
Build people competency of Lean digital
- Driving, teaching and coaching site leadership team and broader team at all the level in the organization on lean culture, behavior, way of working, tools and methodologies.
- Serve as an expert resource to the business on the operational excellence philosophy, theory, application tools and tactics.
Facilitate PET’s KPI setting and management
- Performance monitoring and management;
- KPI setting and management;
- Skill matrix and people development;
- Standardized way of working;
- Benchmarking and best practice sharing and translating through AstraZeneca internal and external network.
Network and benchmark through
- Collation and sharing of best practice (site , region, PET);
- Membership of Operational Excellence communities of practice –Site, Region& global.
leadership and development of site operational excellence talent and pipeline
As part of site leadership team, is responsible and accountable for site vision, strategy and objective delivery
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above level in Manufacturing, industrial , Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related technical /business discipline
- 5-10 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment or relevant manufacturing experience .
- With Good Lean principles understanding, experience and practitioner.
- Good business acuement
- Product and process knowledge
- SHE, GMP & regulatory management knowledge.
