Process Facilitator / Production Supervisor

岗位工作地点在青岛,项目建设期间参与项目前期的设计,建造,调试和确认等工作,作为用户代表更好的支持项目组实现青岛pMDI工厂的建设。通过精益标准化和专业技能持续标准化与改善如SOP/工作指导以确保项目期间的知识,技能和经验能够传承以支持未来的商业化生产,并在项目早期就注重工艺/设备/操作等的持续改善工作。加强和内外部利益相关方的沟通。

This role is based in Qingdao, During project phase involved in project Design、Construction、Commissioning and Qualification as end user to support Global engineering team/Project team to deliver Qingdao pMDI project. And standardize knowledge and experience during project and startup phase to prepare for Qingdao site PQ and PV and ensure following BAU smoothly in terms of daily operation including SOP/WI ready and continuously improve process/equipment/operation from project to BAU transition. have good communication internally and externally.

进入商业化生产期间负责持续不断提高生产团队的KPI指标,促进团队人员的技术能力不断提高,就生产、质量、安全、设备方面的问题与内部和外部客户建立高效的沟通。培训和监督团队成员的个人工作行为符合相应SOP和AZ标准。

Moving into BAU responsible for continuous improve product team KPI and facilitate team member capability constant improvement, communicate with external and internal customer and supplier on production, quality , SHE, machine issue .This role will train and lead other product people behavior to compliance with SOP ,and AZ standard.

负责生产流程运作,规定生产流程和操作标准。按照安全,质量,效率和成本的要求,负责规定流程的日常运行。

Responsible for the Product Process Operation, to defined process and operational standards. They carry responsibility for the day-to-day performance of defined processes in terms of adherence to Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Cost.

负责PET层面的项目执行以支持生产的持续改进。支持PET负责人在生产策略执行和业务发展和优化,人员发展和精益执行。

Responsible for initiatives/project management in PET level for continuous improvement from BAU perspective and support PET leader on wider strategy deployment 、business development and optimization , people development and lean implementation.

Specific Responsibilities/Tasks

Ø 参与到项目的不同阶段,作为最终用户提供有价值和专业的建议到项目建设中

Fully involved in different project phase and have valuable input as end user

Ø 学习并运用其他工厂和行业的最佳实践到新工厂

Learn and apply best practice from other sites and other experiences to Qingdao project

Ø 端到端的思维持续标准化和持续改善的理念和能力,通过项目期间的参与,实践为未来的商业化生产的垂直启动和成功做好充足的准备

End to end mindset to be involved in project and ensure standardization and continuous improvement to BAU vertical startup through expertise, lean and experience gained from project phase

Ø 利益相关方之间良好的内外部沟通

Good communication with stakeholder both internally and externally

Ø 将精益和TPM和先进的维修理念运用到项目执行和后续的商业化生产

Embed lean/TPM/Advanced maintenance system during project phase to BAU

Ø 持续标准化,文件化数字化相关项目期间的工作经验并能指导和运用到BAU的实践中

Documentation and standardization activities during project and BAU phase

Ø 良好的协调沟通调度能力,确保项目C&Q,PQ/PV的成功

Strong coordination, communication, and scheduling skills capability to ensure C&Q, PQ/PV successfully

日常生产管理

Day-to-day production management

Ø 管理所负责工段生产事宜,保证生产符合GMP和公司标准的要求Supervise all production activity meet the requirement of GMP and company standards.

Ø 安排生产保证生产计划完成

Schedule detail production activity to ensure the production plan was fulfilled.

Ø 调查和矫正生产过程偏差

Investigate and rectify deviation during granulation.

Ø 优化生产流程,保证生产效率和结果

Optimize process to keep production efficiency and result

Ø 复核和释放生产记录文件

Check and release the BPR

Ø 颁发维护SOP,确保标准化生产

Issue and update the relative SOPs to supervise the production activity

Ø 监督文件记录及管理

Supervise production document management 

GMP 要求

GMP requirements

Ø 理解业务活动中涉及GMP的相关内容及可能对产品质量产生的影响

Understand the impacts of daily work on GMP requirements and product quality

Ø 参加GMP相关培训,确保业务活动持续符合GMP要求

Attend GMP trainings and ensure that daily work is compliant to GMP consistently

Ø 严格执行本岗位的GMP相关规程

Strictly follow GMP SOPs.

Ø 向直线经理或QA沟通工作中遇到的GMP相关问题 

Report to line manager or QA about GMP questions encountered in daily work
