Regional Brand Strategy and Synergy

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of regional promotion strategy and suggest adjustment if necessary
  • Synergy the portfolio resource and accelerate the provincial tendering and hospital listing process
  • Strengthen regional marketing activities integration and collaboration to maximize area efforts.

Cross-functional Facilitation

  • Facilitate the cross-functional communication and synergy the effort to progress acceleration
  • Be responsible for product related training in the region;
  • Be responsible for planning, coordinating, following up of local promotional activities in branches, together with PM/RM/BSM/SV;
  • 促进跨职能部门之间的沟通、协调,最大化组织间的效能以确保市场策略得到充分的执行
  • 负责协调区域内相关产品培训事宜
  • 负责和产品经理、大区销售经理等一起规划、协调和跟进当地市场活动

Regional Business Tracking Process Management

区域市场生意追踪过程管理

  • Completes regional monthly report and submit on time (market intelligence, activity vs plan, spending vs plan, etc.)
  • Manage expenses to ensure costs remain within budget while seeking more efficient and productive forms of promotional expenditure
  • Tracks monthly performance vs Budget, and analyze reasons for gaps
  • 完成月度区域市场汇报,并及时提交至大区总监及中央市场部。 (内容包括:市场情报,活动执行情况及后续计划,费用进展vs. 计划等)
  • 管理支出以保证良好的预算管理,同时寻求提升支出效率的方法和形式
  • 跟踪月度绩效表现vs.费用进展。如有明显差距,能够分析陈述具体原因

Regional Speakers Management

区域专家管理

  • Establish speakers’ management system and evaluate its execution;
  • Build and maintain long-term relationship with regional speakers, by visiting important speakers regularly
  • 建立区域专家管理系统并评估其执行有效性。
  • 通过主动定期拜访区域中重要专家来同区域专家建立并维持长期合作关系。

College and above, medical background preferred

Marketing and Account management skills

2 years or above Marketing Management experience medical or related industry
