(Senior) IT Program Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES /

  • To support the AZ China digital transformation, overall manage the delivery of strategic IT programs (eg: AI projects, global strategic solution localization in China market, etc), with close partnership with enabling IT Business Partners, China & Global Business stakeholders, China & Global IT teams, and external IT partners, to ensure these programs’ on-time delivery with quality.
  • Develop and maintain strategic project reports, status updates, and presentation material for senior management.
  • Support the materials preparation, presentations, execution of short, medium and long-term strategic planning according to the overall IT vision, mission, and priorities, including IT team’s annual goals, function reviews, strategic workshop, etc. Assist China IT strategy communications.
  • Overall manage China IT communication plan and execution

JOB REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES / 工作要求和胜任能力

  • Proven experience as IT strategic consultant.
  • Proven experience as IT program manager role for large-size programs delivery and management.
  • Proven experience as AI project delivery manager.
  • Strong understanding of program & project management methodologies, tools, and best practice.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skillsets with professional presentation slides creation.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Solid leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels in China and Global. Excellent oral presentation skill in front of senior management.
  • Pharma or healthcare industry working experience is a plus.
  • AI technical capabilities is a plus.
  • IT communication working experience is a plus.
