Senior Maintenance Engineer
Responsible for the maintenance and management of the utility system, ensuring the reliable supply of utility system by providing timely and effective maintenance services to support the core business processes of AstraZeneca Taizhou factory manufacturing and supply.
Responsibilities
Utility maintenance management of mechanical and electrical engineering
- Being familiar with power supplier system, PW system, HVAC system,air compressor system, boiler, chiller system and other equipment and system through on job training or training conducted by vendors
- Participate to set up maintenance strategy of power supplier system, PW system, HVAC system,air compressor system, boiler, chiller system and other equipment and system, be response for implementation of preventive maintenance plan
- Responsible for the mechanical and electrical system daily maintenance management, provide technical support to production and other departments
Outsourced service management
- Establish maintenance outsourcing strategy
- Outsourced maintenance service proposal and justification for those none core value part business Contractor management to insure AZ standard or policy compliance
Others
- Paper work or report upon request
- Functional support
- Validation
Conduct all business activities in compliance with the GMP /SHE/Compliance supporting Policies and Standards related to position and responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good skills of English and Communication
- 10 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance, including 5 years of experience in public works and equipment maintenance
- Familiar with maintenance management system, e.g. SAP
- Experience in establishment of utility operation/maintenance system in engineering
- 5 years utility operation/maintenance experience in multinational Pharmaceutical company
- 5 years’ experience in maintenance management position.
- Familiar with utilities/ equipment, e.g. HVAC, PW, chiller, boiler, compressor
- Working experience in GMP manufacturing environment
- Validation experience
