Senior technical & service engineer
Purpose
Deliver engineering solution and provide good engineering service to the site, to support the development of site business.
Responsibilities
Technical management
- Set up and implement facility and equipment life-cycle management strategy.
- Set up Technical & Service management related SOPs.
- Secure the facilities and buildings are in good condition through implementation of optimized preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance to support site business.
- Set up engineering document management system and keep the engineering documents are well archived.
- 。Manage the site owned engineering project, including engineering modifications, according to AZ project management framework, to meet the site development needs.
Contractor management
- Establish and implement supplier management procedures, set up targets for vendors and performance evaluation。
- Contractor management to ensure AZ standard or policy compliance.
- No incident and Compliance issue.
- Paper work or report upon request
- Cross functional support
Responsibility for GMP/Compliance/SHE
Requirements
- Bachelor or above
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Good English
- 8+ yrs. experience in engineering
- 3+ yrs. experience in MNCs
