Senior technical & service engineer

Purpose

Deliver engineering solution and provide good engineering service to the site, to support the development of site business.

Responsibilities

Technical management

• Set up and implement facility and equipment life-cycle management strategy.
• Set up Technical & Service management related SOPs.
• Secure the facilities and buildings are in good condition through implementation of optimized preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance to support site business.
• Set up engineering document management system and keep the engineering documents are well archived.
• 。Manage the site owned engineering project, including engineering modifications, according to AZ project management framework, to meet the site development needs.

Contractor management

• Establish and implement supplier management procedures, set up targets for vendors and performance evaluation。
• Contractor management to ensure AZ standard or policy compliance.
• No incident and Compliance issue.

• Paper work or report upon request
• Cross functional support 

Responsibility for GMP/Compliance/SHE

Requirements

• Bachelor or above
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Good English
• 8+ yrs. experience in engineering
• 3+ yrs. experience in MNCs
