ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
1,统筹BU端全周期培训项目的设计、执行、评估,协调培训资源并持续优化追踪复盘,确保与业务目标对齐
2,建立培训洞察框架和评估体系,输出定期分析报告,为培训策略的优化和业务决策及销售能力端等提供数据维度的洞见
3,主导新产品上市的全周期培训策略制定,联动跨部门打造具有竞争力的上市培训解决方案并指导培训团队落地
4. 探索并推动AI与数字化工具在业务培训场景的创新引用,负责数字化培训在BU端的规划试点和推广,提升学习效率与业务敏捷性
REQUIREMENTS
- 医药相关专业本科及以上学历
- 10年以上医药行业经验,必须具备肿瘤领域销售管理和市场部品牌管理的经验
- 拥有主导肿瘤新产品上市的经验,深度理解肿瘤产品上市流程和关键成功因素
- 具备项目管理运营经验和出色的跨部门协同及影响力
- 熟悉AI、数字化学习技术在医疗或肿瘤领域的 应用场景与实践
- 良好的英语沟通表达能力
