(Associate) Manager-BI and Data Excellence
JOB PURPOSE
The role is mainly responsible for management of AZ BI platform/system.
The position requires an expert in Business Intelligence Application functionality, technology, and implementation in order to provide a combination of technical deliverables, training, and mentoring.
Major works include:
- Produce ad-hoc analytics with Power BI in an accurate and timely manner (incl. data cleaning , processing, multi-dimensional modelling)
- Maintenance/Enhancement of AZ BI Platform
- BI Platform user trainings
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
1. Ad-hoc analyticalPower BI tools Development (60%)
- Produce ad-hoc analytical power BI tools
- Acceleration of data cleaning and processing
2. Management of BI platform (40%)
- Maintain the operation of the platform
- Management of project progress
- Business communication with trans-department colleagues

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor/Master Degree of computer science or analytics
- 6+ years of information technology experience; 4+ years’ experience in life science domain is a must
- Experience with developing data analytics tools like PowerBI, Tableau, with DAX language proficiency
- Experience with SQL Server/Oracle is essential
- Experience with ETL (Python/M language) is essential
- Project management capability is a plus
- Good command of both written and oral English
