Digital Health Innovation Catalyst
The rapid advancement of AI and digital healthcare technology (DHT) has offered great opportunities for an R&D organization to upscale in both what and how we deliver innovative life-saving therapeutics for patients in need and how we transform daily workflows to work smarter and faster.
In this role, we look for talent who can drive design from 0 to 1, kick off, and scale an enterprise-level AI Accelerator. Who are capable of both “ignite the culture and design the mechanisms,” and “deliver with an end-in-mind, impact-first” approach. Who can drive multi‑level adoption of Agentic AI across the organization to systematically elevate the organization’s capabilities in AI/Agentic AI awareness, piloting, translation into business value, and scaled deployment. Who will partner closely with Innovation Product and Project Management on milestones, budget, resources, and scaled release to connect and accelerate the path from MVP to steady‑state operations.

Major responsibilities
- Design the end-to-end operating model and medium-to-long-term roadmap for an organization-wide Innovation Camp (Accelerator), ensuring clear themes, selection criteria, governance gates, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive culture and capability building. Co-design and run initiatives such as bootcamps, reading circles, internal trainings, and tech open days etc to uplift AI literacy and safe-use awareness; foster a “safe-to-experiment, fast-iterate” “安全试错、快速迭代” culture
- Orchestrate cross-team collaboration to identify, refine, and amplify internal strengths, positioning the Innovation Camp as a high‑leverage mechanism for scaling the organization’s AI capabilities.
- Partner closely with Innovation Product and Project Lead on AI project milestones, budgets, resources, and scaled releases - connecting the dots from MVP to operational rollout and continuous improvement.
- Provide stakeholder communication and engagement: including establish a transparent cadence (e.g., steering reviews, showcases, office hours) to surface progress, trade‑offs, and value delivered; proactively address concerns and secure ongoing sponsorship; convert learnings into reusable assets and standards etc.
- Maintain sharp insight into innovation tools and practices; proactively identify and capture digital and AI application scenarios and new opportunities; drive optimization with real data and feedback.
- When facing challenges, stay goal‑oriented and use an innovation mindset, strong cross‑functional collaboration, pragmatism, and efficient communication to drive continuous iteration and high‑quality delivery
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- 具备扎实的医药领域背景
- 对人工智能、数字健康、临床运营的创新工具或平台有浓厚兴趣,具备以终为始推动数字化转型和智能化变革的前瞻视野。对新技术转化为实际产出充满热情
- 擅长工作坊设计与引导,建立闭环反馈。具备端到端运营模型能力,包括里程碑、预算、资源、依赖与风险管理。具备活动组织和文化建设的能力。
- 敏捷工作方式,持续改进能力强。
- 熟悉AI/ML全生命周期、风险与合规,具备“可信/负责AI”实践,能向非技术人群清晰解读的能力。
- 跨部门协同和沟通能力强。沟通与叙事能力优秀,能主导例会和展示。
- 结果导向、创新意识、务实高效、优秀的影响力与人际沟通。
- 具备与AI供应商/技术伙伴的谈判与交付管理经验,熟悉集成规划与联合成功指标的制定与跟踪的优先。
- 具备Agentic AI 在业务实际场景落地的实践经验优先
