Senior Finance Analyst – CVRM BF
Role& Responsibilities
- Act as a key finance contact for CVRM Marketing and Commercial teams, supporting day‑to‑day financial queries and decision making
- Support budget planning, phasing management, accrual review, validation and reconciliation, ensuring consistency across BEP, SAP and management reports
- Perform financial pre‑check for sponsorships and project spend, including budget sufficiency, phasing accuracy and approval readiness
- Monitor budget utilization and variances, identify risks or inconsistencies, and highlight issues in a timely manner
- Support month‑end close activities, including accrual validation, variance analysis and follow‑up on posting or phasing issues
- Prepare and maintain regular finance reports and trackers (e.g. FTE tracking, AP status, marketing expense analysis)
- Support process improvement and reporting enhancement initiatives, contributing to better efficiency and data quality
Requirements:
- Solid professional experience in business finance, FP&A or commercial finance, with strong hands‑on execution capability
- Good understanding of budget planning, phasing, accruals and month‑end close processes
- Experience supporting marketing or commercial teams, including project‑based or sponsorship‑related financial review
- Working knowledge of cost center, IO, PO / SP structure and internal finance approval processes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; able to identify data gaps and financial inconsistencies
- Ability to explain financial information in a clear and practical way to business stakeholders
- Good cross‑functional communication and coordination skills
- Proficient in SAP and Excel, comfortable working with trackers and reporting files
- Fluent in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
Desirable:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or other regulated industries
- Exposure to sponsorship governance, audit topics or compliance‑related finance work
- Experience supporting process optimization or reporting improvements
- Proactive, responsible and willing to learn, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
