(Sr.) Coordinator - PR & Communication / Sustainability

Job requirements

-Well manage and deliver admin work to the two team heads

-Support some team operations work like cross-team project planning, budget management, resources allocation, daily team meetings, team buildings, etc.

-Good understanding on team strategies, people and business focus

-Communication and interpersonal skills (with both internal and external parties)

-Project management / team operations management: planning, execution, creativity, cross-function coordination

-Language skill: speaking, writing and editing in both Chinese and English

-Take full responsibility of own performance objectives and strive to achieve or exceed the goals

-Sense of urgency and focus on efficiency and effectiveness

-Never wince in face of difficulties and manage to achieve the goals

-Take the responsibility rather than complain or find excuse

-Support sharing information, knowledge and ideas across teams

-Warm-hearted to the team

-Express different viewpoints in a proper manner and settle conflicts among team members to achieve the team goals

-Support the action plan toward the goal

-Coordinate resources, prioritize activities and establish schedules to ensure the goal alignment and completion

-Follow up plan implementation and make team members understand the progress

-Establish procedure according to the plan to check the progress

-Optimize the efficiency of the time and resources

Essential

-1+ experience in MNC / agency / healthcare related industries

-Proactive, hard-working, resilient and detailed-oriented working attitude

-Strong writing and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English

-Multi-task handler with warm heart to the team

-Cross-functional working experience

-Excellent hands-on computer skills

-Bachelor’s degree or above (PR & Comm. / HR / Admin)
