QC Specialist（实验室自动化及仪器维修）
Position Summary
The QC Engineer will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, qualification, and continuous improvement of laboratory analytical instruments and automated robotic systems. The role ensures laboratory equipment reliability, compliance, and operational efficiency while supporting QC testing activities. Strong communication skills in English are required to collaborate with global teams and external vendors.
主要职责（Key Responsibilities）
仪器及机器人维护
- 负责QC实验室分析仪器及自动化机器人设备的日常维护、故障诊断与维修；
- Responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of QC laboratory instruments and robotic systems.
自动化与持续改善
- 支持实验室自动化项目，优化机器人工作流程及设备运行效率；
- Support laboratory automation initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects.
设备生命周期管理
- 负责设备安装、调试、验收及确认（IQ/OQ/PQ）；
- Support instrument installation, commissioning, qualification and validation activities.
供应商管理
- 与设备供应商及服务工程师沟通协调，推动故障快速解决；
- Coordinate with equipment vendors and service engineers for issue resolution and technical support.
校准与预防性维护
- 制定并执行设备PM（Preventive Maintenance）计划和校准计划；
- Establish and execute preventive maintenance and calibration programs.
文件管理与合规
- 编写和维护相关SOP、维修记录、设备台账及验证文件；
- Prepare and maintain equipment documentation, maintenance records, SOPs and qualification reports.
质量与合规要求
- 确保设备管理符合GMP、Data Integrity及公司质量体系要求；
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity requirements and company quality standards.
跨部门协作
- 与QC、QA、工程、IT及全球团队合作解决设备相关问题；
- Collaborate with QC, QA, Engineering, IT and global stakeholders.
任职要求（Qualifications）
必备条件（Must Have）
- 本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、电气工程、生物工程、仪器仪表等相关专业；
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation or related fields.
- 3年以上实验室仪器维修或自动化设备或机器人维护经验；
- Minimum 3 years' experience in laboratory instrument maintenance or automation equipment support.
- 熟悉实验室分析仪器或其他先进机器人，具备自动化设备或机器人维护经验；
- Hands-on experience with laboratory automation systems or robotic platforms.
- 能够阅读英文技术文件并进行口头沟通；
- Workable English communication skills for meetings, troubleshooting and vendor interactions.
- 良好的问题分析和故障排除能力；
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
优先条件（Nice to Have）
- 制药、生物制药、医疗器械或GMP环境工作经验；
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industries.
- 有Agilent、Waters、Thermo、Mettler Toledo等设备维护经验；
- Experience supporting Agilent, Waters, Thermo Fisher, Mettler Toledo and similar systems.
- 熟悉LIMS、Empower、Chromeleon等实验室系统；
- Knowledge of LIMS, Empower, Chromeleon or related laboratory software.
- 有PLC、机器人编程或自动化控制基础；
- Basic knowledge of PLC, robotics programming or automation control.
