Collect new disease and treatment, new drug information and share with HCP timely in scientific and balance way to help HCP get up-to-date scientific information and explore the multi-channel to meet HCP’s unmet needs

  • Explore new channels and models to support multi-channel medical strategy and strengthen scientific leadership. 
  • Develop the Medical Newsletter and Express to meet HCPs scientific needs 
  • Provide accurate, current medical information to external customers 
  • Use of web based resources to more efficiently communicate with customers. Make optimal use of technology
  • Provide the customized medical services to KOL

Provide medical and scientific support to internal customers in order to maximize brand effectiveness

  • Pre and post launch support for all products by therapeutic area 
  • Provide accurate, current medical information to internal customers (literature searches, documents such as competitors information, objection handler, responses to a specific request) in a timely manner
  • Regularly update the scientific information to brand team on the medical aspects and scientific data related to the products and therapeutic areas 
  • Contribute and regularly update FAQs/product information on website  
  • Contribute to the medical plan’s formulation and implementation according to medical information needs 
  • Collect and analyse competitors’ new study information and share with Medical and Business timely to support medical and business strategy setting up

Follow both global and local SOP/instructions

  • Ensure the compliance with AZ policies, quality procedures, fundamentals, internal regulations and local laws. 
  • Participate in the quarterly QC meeting
  • In quality audits, show green traffic lights, no significant finding of compliance
  • Timely update the related SOP
