Compliance Manager
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 主 要 职 责
Training & Communication
- Identify and analyze training needs, support line manager to develop and implement compliance related training strategies to ensure optimal delivery focusing on effectiveness, clarity and understandability.
- Innovatively develop or refine training tools / channels (e.g., iPad, electronic system and application) to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of compliance training and communication.
- Prepare appropriate training and communication materials in accordance with the training strategy and plan or to fulfill ad-hoc internal clients’ needs.
- Deliver face-to-face trainings to internal clients as assigned.
- Monitor training completion status for both new hires and existing staffs and maintain the training log and records.
- Facilitate the administrative supports of large-scaled compliance training (e.g., bi-annual cycle meetings).
- Continuously collect feedback on the training program to identify improvement spaces.
Compliance Policies & Procedures
- Support line manager to develop, maintain and ensure continued relevance of compliance policies and procedures (e.g. Global Policy on External Interactions and related SOPs, etc) to ensure alignment with Global requirements, compliance with relevant Chinese laws and regulations, industry code (e.g., RDPAC Code) and other relevant foreign laws (e.g. FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
- Proactive business partnering with internal clients by delivery of policy clarification and interpretations, to help them mitigate compliance risks and achieve legitimate business objectives.
- Coordinate the team to collect FAQs and feedback from internal clients regarding the policy matters in field and provide insights and/or recommendations.
Compliance Risk Management
- Be a part of BU extended leadership team member, leading compliance risk management for BU on a daily basis, covering BU compliance culture and awareness enhancement, preventive compliance risk management and mitigation controls.
- Support any assigned monitoring, local audit and investigations.
- Support line manager and/or compliance team with other project as assigned.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned

Academic / Professional qualification 学 历 / 专 业 资 格
- Degree level education;
Working experience
Essential 必 需
- Experience in pharmaceuticals or a related industry;
- Knowledge of corporate governance, health care regulations, laws and standards;
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communications skills;
- Strong collaborative, partnering, and interpersonal skills;
- Strong ability to work independently;
- High ethical standards, trustworthy, operating with absolute discretion
Desirable 理 想
- Qualified professional - compliance, law, accountancy or own specialist area
- Experience in big 4 auditing firm at least 3+ years is preferred
Language ability 语 言 能 力
Proficient writing and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese
Computer literacy 电 脑 知 识
Familiarity with MS Office applications
