Maintenance Lead Engineer

Location: Qingdao

Project Phase (2024 – 2028):

  • Provide expertise in maintenance for autonomous systems, automated equipment as end user to deliver Qingdao pMDI project and build the smart factory.
  • Set up maintenance system to ensure solid foundation for future commercial supply.
  • Embed digital /automation /lean/TPM /Advance maintenance system during project phase to BAU.
  • Ensure standardization and continuous improvement to BAU smooth startup through expertise, digital, lean and experience accumulated from project phase.
  • Ensure C&Q, PQ/PV successfully with strong PPS and Continuous Improvement capability.

BAU phase (2028 onwards):

  • Implement and maintain maintenance strategy.
  • Be responsible for the regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of the hardware and software components of the autonomous systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, and ensure the reliability and availability of the automated equipment.
  • Ensure Quick response to the production line problems, list and investigate and solve equipment outstanding issue.
  • Deal with quality deviation related to maintenance actives and ensure production satisfactory in daily work.
  • Drive cost efficiency and safe provision of maintenance services, management of all external resources and service contracts, plan and manage yearly spare parts in respective fields, manage localization parts purchasing monthly according to budget.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance SOP, preventive maintenance strategy and updated regularly according to machine work condition, create training plan for internal and external people, and ensure them implemented in time, ensure SAP PM be available and conduct training to team member!
  • Establish and maintain good relationship cross teams, drive collaboration and teamwork to achieve business results with autonomous factory solutions
