Manager, Digital Marketing
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
Strong understanding of business needs and able to translate into comprehensive and innovative omnichannel HCP engagement plans with execution support
Communication & influence with business stakeholders (MD/FH) and elevate capabilities with BU team
Provide richer HCP experience, elevate activate rate of interactions and affinity, and encourage high quality UGC (user generated content)
Insightful customers’ analytics with engagement improvement plans
REQUIRMENTS:
Bachelor degree and above, MBA preferred
Digital Marketing Events execution and management techniques and project mgt skill
8 years+ Marketing / Digital Marketing experience in MNC pharmaceuticals
Have a great understanding on customers perspective and needs in multi-channel.
Strong and innovative digital business solution design and implement cross different disease areas
Experience with FMCG/ Retail/ Internet Health Senior role from well-known digital marketing agencies (such as 丁香园、医脉通、梅斯、医学界、CCMTV、肿瘤资讯 etc.) with pharmaceutical in house experience could also be considered Experience and resources in the digital marketing partners collaboration Medical related education background
